Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–8 business days

• Express Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over  (if applicable)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
